• All bedrooms can be arranged as either one king-size bed or two twin beds

The spacious open-plan entertainment area includes a dedicated bar with bar fridge and ice machine, a large screen DSTV perfect for sports viewing, and a pool table. Guests can enjoy a generous outside deck, a comfortable lounge area, and an open-plan kitchen. The entertainment area is further enhanced by a cozy fireplace, while the lounge features an indoor braai/fireplace.

An additional mobile gas braai is provided, that can be used either outdoors or indoors. The entire outside deck seamlessly integrates with the entertainment and lounge areas through large sliding glass doors, creating an expansive social space.

Kitchen and Laundry Facilities

• Well-equipped kitchen with a five-plate gas hob and oven, extractor fan
• Separate laundry room featuring a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher
• Additional appliances include an airfryer, microwave, and a Nespresso machine (pods provided; please bring extra pods for your preferred coffee)
• A full set of plates, glasses, and cookware suitable for up to eight guests

• The house spans two levels: the entertainment, lounge, and kitchen areas are on the ground floor, while all four bedrooms are located upstairs
• Full solar backup available; guests are kindly requested to use larger appliances considerately during load shedding or power outages
• Wifi is provided, but please note that network quality may be erratic in Dullstroom and cannot be guaranteed by the Homeowner or HGA
• Full DSTV service, with two separate decoders
• 2 bags of firewood are provided daily. Please bring additional firelighters. Extra wood can be purchased at the Clubhouse bar
• Tea/Coffee tray with sachets is provided for your arrival
• Daily cleaning service included; gratuities are appreciated when earned
• Parking is not available in the lock-up garage
