This lovely house offers the soothing sounds of the river, spectacular views and serene surroundings.
The house has four bedrooms plus a loft. Two bedrooms are en suite, and two share a bathroom. There is a large ten seater dining room table just off the kitchen, an outdoor seating area with a Weber, and two seating areas in the lounge. Both the loft and lounge have TV’s with full DSTV.

3x Indoor fireplaces, situtated in the main bedroom, the dining area and the lounge/TV room.
The lounge fireplace flue also warms the 4th bedroom and loft space, and is safely contained in both areas.
One bag of firewood provided per fireplace. Additional wood can be purchased at the clubhouse bar.

Outdoor Braai: Weber, charcoal/wood burning, please provide your own, or pick up at the Clubhouse bar.

Wifi. Please note neither HGA nor the Homeowner can guarantee the quality of the signal, it can be unreliable at times, as we are in a mountainous area and do not have fibre.
