House 1023 is situated in the picturesque Highland Gate Golf Estate, with magnificent views overlooking the dam and hills. Luxurious and modern, all 4 Bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Bedrooms are twin bedrooms with 2 x 3/4 beds each.

This modern, industrial look, luxury house was built with the golfer in mind. The stylishly open plan lounge with DSTV, dining room, built in gas braai & kitchen all open onto the balcony. 

There are 4 bedrooms – each with 2x ¾ beds, and all en suite with showers. The beds can be pushed together but can’t be made up as double beds. Egyptian cotton bedding.
The main bedroom has a shower as well as a bath in the bedroom with amazing views.
5th offsuite bathroom with a shower and bath for the bunk room.
One bunk room with 4 bunks for children only. Guests to provide own bedding for these beds.

Wood fired hot tub. There is an extra charge for wood, fire lighters, etc of R500 and that will include your wood and firelighters. Please advise in advance for this to be added to your booking if required.

WIFI provided. Please note neither the Homeowner nor the Estate can be responsible for the WIFI connection.

3 types of coffee pods, ground and instant coffee, tea, brown and white sugar, Rusks, salt and pepper mills are provided to welcome you, with a bag of wood for the fireplace.
