No groups permitted in this house, single house bookings only

This lovely house offers 4 spacious ensuite double bedrooms, each with sufficient storage for clothing and other items. All beds can be configured as either king or 2 x ¾ beds, on request.

Two shower bathrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with shower and bath. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The open-plan living area is comfortable and ideal for entertaining. Large windows throughout the home provide natural light and views over the Estate.  

The enclosed patio has a built in braai. The patio can be fully opened, or kept closed, depending on the weather at the time.

Features in the house include

A fully equipped kitchen, including a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

The lounge and dining area offer ample seating for guests to dine and relax, with a fireplace for cooler nights, or just to add to ambience.

Smart TV with DStv and free Wi-Fi. Please note that neither HGA nor the Homeowner can guarantee the quality of the wifi / signal / network.

The enclosed entertainment space has an indoor braai, dining area, mini bar with a bar fridge, and stacking doors that open onto the garden.

In addition – Included in stay two bags of fire wood. Extra wood is available , hardekool R50 and fire place wood R35. Please pre-order if needed.

Daily cleaning is charged at R300/service. If you would like a braai clean during your stay, this is charged at additional R100. Cleaning is added to your invoice.

Late checkout is available only on request and if possible. There is a R500 once off charge if late checkout is permitted, but guests to vacate the house no later than 14h00.

Parking is under cover but not in a lockup garage.
