This luxury home has 5 En-suite bedrooms (2 en-suites with full bath and shower, 3 with showers). All beds can be configured as king or twin beds.
All bedrooms/bathrooms have Charlotte Rhys shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, foam bath, lotion, sunblock, insect repellent and small Charlotte Rhys sanitary bags. There are make up towels provided, please use these to save damages to the other towels provided. 10 Hangers in each bedroom.
Each bed has two king pillows: either a firm or medium pillow depending on guest’s comfort.
Quality duvets and plenty of warm blankets, ensure a cosy nights’ rest, while the silent remote control ceiling fans keep the room cool in warmer weather.
The additional 4 en-suite bedrooms are on the floor below, all opening onto the patio, with sitting areas, multiple putting mats and corner for Weber braai (this is stored in the cupboard in the passageway). There is also a “butlers’ tray” area leading onto the patio with additional bar fridge and counter for food, salads, and other necessities for your braai.
Ground floor level has master ensuite, guest WC, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, with views out across the Estate and sunshine all day.
The comfortable lounge offers a closed combustion fireplace and views right across the golf course to the mountains beyond. The owners do provide 2 bags of wood, firelighters and matches. You can pick up additional wood/charcoal at the Clubhouse Bar.
The dining room table comfortably sits 10 guests.
The kitchen has a large built-in wood/charcoal burning braai, ideal for cold or windy Dullstroom weather. It also heats up the the whole area beautifully as an additional fireplace. You can also make use of the Weber for outside braais.
The kitchen is well appointed, with 5 plate gas hob, electric oven, top of the range air fryer, gas hob kettle, ice machine, Nespresso machine and sufficient crockery/cutlery/glassware for a 10 sleeper house. Tupperware for storing food, decent cutting knives, plastic ware for toddlers (knives, forks, spoons), but no Sippy cups, for hygiene reasons.
Please note that there is no toaster or microwave, as the air fryer doubles up for both.
Welcome tray with tea, sugar and rusks.
12X 500ml still waters in the fridge for guests arrival.
The Owners provide a sheet of Nespresso capsules. They are compostable and you are encouraged to add them to the garden.
Smart TV, guests to login in with own DSTV login details for preferred packages.

WE DO HAVE LOADHSHEDDING & OCCASIONAL POWER OUTAGES. Please look at Kareekraal (8) on Eskom Se Push for loadshedding updates. We will keep you updated in the event of power outages.
The house provides a backup inverter/battery system to keep the lights and other electrical appliances on. There are also 06 emergency lights in the linen cupboard.
