The entire house is heated/cooled, with the same temperature throughout the house. Fireplaces in bedrooms provide additional warmth on chilly nights. Instructions for the heating/cooling system are provided in the house for your convenience.

Greenside Manor is Uber luxurious. The house overlooks the 15th & 16th holes and small waterfall in wet season.
Load Shedding: Highland Gate is on the Kareekraal (8) Schedule on ESP (https://open.esp.info/tFVH). Greenside Manor does have an inverter back up system to keep lights, TV and small appliances on for your convenience (not geysers, hairdryers, electric stove)
