This unit is the upstairs unit of a double story house. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 with either 1 king or 2 x 3/4 beds, and a single bedroom with a 3/4 bed. The Master bedroom ensuite bathroom has a bath and shower, the 2nd ensuite bedroom has a shower. The single room does not have an ensuite bathroom.

The well equipped kitchen features a large fridge/freezer, 5 plate gas hob and full oven as well as all the other mod cons that make this kitchen a pleasure to prepare any meal in, from a snack to a full sit down dinner for the family.

The generously sized balcony has a built in wood braai, and outdoor furniture, with great uninterrupted views over the Estate.

The stoep has a wood/charcoal braai and outdoor furniture and there is a comfortable, spacious dining table indoors as well.
The house offers views that go on forever and is conveniently located on the Highland Gate Estate.

The house does have rechargable lights, plus a small inverter that runs lights, TV, wifi, but no large appliances.
