1096 Blackwood Villa is a beautifully appointed holiday home situated within the prestigious Highland Golf & Trout Estate, approximately 17 km outside of Dullstroom. It is ideal for friends and family, or a team of golf players, who are looking for a peaceful and convenient homebase from where they can explore and enjoy this quaint town in the Highlands.

This double-storey home can accommodate up to 8 adults and 6 children and comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 en-suite bathrooms and a guest toilet. All 4 of the bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds that can be converted to one king bed , on request.

In addition, 2 single sleeper couches in pajama lounge and extra single floor mattresses, sleeping up to 6 kids (no adults).

All the rooms have electric blankets, extra blankets, plus 2 rooms have panelheaters.

Three of the en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, basin and toilet, while the other en-suite bathroom contains a bath, basin and toilet. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. These comprise a 12 cup digital coffee maker, as well as plungers. The owners provide a full jar of ground coffee, plus coffee filters, for your enjoyment.
A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are provided for added convenience.
The dining and lounge areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests’ entertainment there are 2 x 85″ smart TV’s plus full DSTV bouquet, and a spacious bar with bar stools. There are 2 closed combustion fireplaces in the entertainment areas, to keep the house lovely and warm, and for added ambience on warmer evenings.

Guests can enjoy an outdoor patio with a braai, and unspoiled views of the surroundings.
A powerful solar backup system ensures that lights stay on during any power outages in the area.
Check-in time is strictly from 15h00 on day of check-in. There is a lockbox, and a unique code will be valid from 15h00 only for access. Check-out time is by 10h00.
The house is serviced daily, included in your accommodation. This is to freshen up the house for you and does not include towel changes, nanny service or cooking.
