• Guests have full access to the entire property in Dullstroom, including the double garage and golf cart garage (golf carts not provided or available for guests). You’ll also enjoy self-check-in with a convenient lockbox system, ensuring a seamless and private arrival. Plus, all the modern amenities like Netflix, WiFi, and a fully-equipped kitchen are available for your comfort.

• Fully equipped kitchen, with gas hob and electric oven, airfryer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, plus other standard kitchen appliances, all Smeg Brand. There is also an iron and ironing board available for use.
• Welcome bundle of firewood is provided, you can pick up more at the bar at the clubhouse, or bring your own.
• Welcome tray of tea and coffee is provided, please bring your own for the duration of your stay. There is a drip coffee machine to brew your own, remember to bring your ground coffee for this.
• Bathroom toiletries – shampoo, conditioner, body soap and shower gel are provided
• Hairdryers
• Children’s books and toys for ages 0-2 years old, 2-5 years old, and 5-10 years old, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, Standalone high chair, with padding, straps/harness, and food tray, Children’s dinnerware and Board games

Our pet policy:

• Dogs only (no cats, sorry, to many people have allergies!)
• Once-off pet fee: R750 per stay
• Max 2 dogs allowed
• Dogs must be house-trained and well-behaved
• Dogs must be treated for parasites (ticks/fleas) before arrival
• Pets not permitted on beds/furniture
• Leads required on estate walks (wildlife area)
• Please bring an old towel or similar to dry/clean dogs after walks, as they do love the springs and dirt trails on offer
• The property has a secure garden and a spacious covered patio—perfect for relaxing with your pet while enjoying the mountain views.
• Please confirm the number and breed of dogs joining you, and I’ll update the booking with the pet fee.

• Four tennis rackets available on property for a good game of tennis with friends and family. Bring your own balls.

• There is a Dart board on the patio.
